Operation process of fully automatic blow molding machine

Numerous domestic blow molding machine brands have emerged. Preliminary statistics show that there are nearly one hundred domestic blow molding machine manufacturers at present. The operation interfaces of blow molding machines manufactured by different manufacturers vary to different degrees. To facilitate industry practitioners to gain an in-depth understanding of blow molding machines, the operation procedures are briefly introduced as follows:

1. Personnel without professional training are not allowed to operate this blow molding machine.

2. Ensure proper earthing and neutral connection of the machine before startup to prevent safety accidents caused by electric leakage.

3. Thoroughly check whether cooling water for all sections is connected before heating the blow molding machine.

4. Before operating the fully automatic blow molding machine, lift the machine to a proper position to avoid collision between the die head and mold plate and prevent equipment damage.

5. The system pressure of the machine has been preset before delivery. Do not adjust it arbitrarily without special requirements. Excessively high or low pressure may damage the hydraulic system or affect normal machine operation.

6. Operators are strictly prohibited from climbing onto the machine platform for material feeding to prevent electric shock, scalding and falling accidents. (The machine shall be equipped with an automatic feeding device).

7. When the blow molding machine performs mold shifting, mold opening and closing movements, operators are forbidden to enter the area inside the safety gate to avoid crushing or impact injuries.

8. During normal production of the fully automatic blow molding machine, do not manually pull and cut the extruding parison, so as to avoid scalding by high-temperature material and thermal cutting knife or being pinched by the mold.

9. Always shut down the main oil pump when adjusting photoelectric switches for mold shifting and clamping to prevent safety accidents.

10. Press the red emergency stop button immediately in case of emergency to prevent accidents.
